PDC Contractor of the Quarter Program

At Proposal Development Consultants, we work with some amazing Contractors! Each quarter, we recognize a particular Contractor who we feel best exemplifies the PDC core values of Service Excellence, Passionate Performance, Entrepreneurial Spirit and Employee Centricity. Top performers are selected based on their commitment to our core values, their contributions and impact to our clients as well as to their partnership with PDC. Each person chosen for Contractor of the Quarter will receive a $500 gift card hand delivered by a member of the PDC team as our way of saying “thanks!”

Congratulations to our Contractor of the Quarter Recipient – Maimah Karmo

The PDC team has chosen one of our amazing consultants, Maimah Karmo, as our Contractor of the Quarter for Quarter 4, 2011. Maimah has come through for us with flying colors working through challenges with grace and high level of professionalism while on assignment. As one of our clients said about her, “She’s a keeper!”

Maimah exemplifies PDC’s core values of Employee Centricty, Entrepreneurial Spirit, Passionate Performance  and Service Excellence. She has partnered with us by agreeing to indefinitely continue her assignment with our. This past summer she cancelled three trips in order to support our client and represent PDC. Maimah has given us numerous internal leads. She carries herself in a professional manner, communicates openly possesses an amazing drive to succeed and an extremely positive attitude. These traits make her successful with our clients and a dream to work with. We are also so proud of Maimah for helping our client win four proposals.

We would also like to recognize Maimah’s level of commitment not only to her assignments, but also to the quality of work. When she accepted the assignment, it was to set to last approximately a month and has since been extended for an additional 11 months and counting! Our client said, “Maimah’s work is characterized by dedication to client service, excellent delivery, effective team building, technical know-how and a quiet, “show−me” style of leadership that earns the respect of colleagues at all levels. Her strength lies in her ability to convey information in understandable terms to her co-workers and customers, often on extremely complex issues. She has tremendous impact on delivery of proposals across multiple markets providing leadership, technical expertise and management to support [our] most challenging proposal efforts. She has been a valuable asset.”

One of the criterion we consider when we evaluate nominees for our Contractor of the Quarter award is the ability to partner well with PDC.  When reviewing Maimah’s nomination, the PDC team unanimously agreed that  her communication, reliability, ability to provide leads and representation of PDC is exemplary on every level. For our recruiting team, it is essential to have someone like her who always stays in touch with the team.. Our recruiting team said, “Our clients can rely on her, and that gives us peace of mind.”
