Business Development/Capture Manager
Locates business opportunities; implements proposal strategy development; develops capture plans; builds teams; staffs programs

Director of Proposals
Ensures compliance with organizational RFP requirements; prepares outlines and schedules; analyzes capture opportunities and builds winning proposals; possesses comprehensive knowledge of proposal development activities; specializes in federal, state and/or local government arena(s)

Proposal Manager
Provides full range of proposal management functions from RFP analysis to overseeing the entire proposal process through submission; leads proposal response teams of writers and subject matter experts; writes specific proposal sections; provides direction to production staff

Proposal Desktop Publisher
Produces and initiates layout of proposals; works with lengthy proposals and other documents (100+ pages long); has expert level skills in document layout software (i.e., Word)

Proposal Graphic Designer
Develops and designs projects including graphics and layout; strong pre-press knowledge; comfortable working with lengthy documents and intricate graphics; expert level skills in document layout software (i.e., InDesign, QuarkXPress, FrameMaker) and has graphics/drawing software (i.e., Illustrator, FreeHand, CorelDRAW, Photoshop)

Presentation Professional
Designs and produces graphics for proposal presentation slides

Pricing Manager
Develops strategies and cost proposals for RFPs; provides contract administration, negotiation and terminations; understands cost accounting standards (CAS), FAR, budgets, audits and cost justifications
