Refer a friend or colleague for a Proposal Development Consultants’ position and earn up to $500.

As a current or prospective consultant working with Proposal Development Consultants, you now have a tremendous opportunity when you introduce your friends and peers to career opportunities with PDC. Earn $500 for any eligible referrals hired into a direct hire position through PDC and $250 for referrals hired for a contracting position. To qualify for the bonus, your name must be cited by your referral during their initial application or interview. Referral bonuses are payable either upon completion of 250 billable hours for a contracting referral or upon receipt of the placement fee in full from our client for a direct hire referral.
